The Toronto Kart Club kicked
off its 2007 race schedule Saturday with a massive 137 entries
racing across nine classes in the Jim Arnold Memorial Race presented
by Boss Steel. At its home Goodwood Kartways track, winners included: Matteus Makos, Sid Nye, Artem Korolev, Kevin
Monteith, Pearce Herder, Michael Iamundi, Chris Seegobin and Brian
‘Lex’ Leuthel. The TKC crew will be back at it again this coming
Saturday, April 28th, as Rohm and Haas presents Race #2 over the
Goodwood Short Track. Details can be found HERE.
A reminder that TKC is offering to run Rotax DD2
at Race #3, the lead-up event to the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting
Championship opener at Goodwood Kartways May 11th. Not a regular
club class, TKC will run DD2 at RACE 3 ONLY, providing a minimum of
eight drivers pre-register by May 1st.
